Finalists and winners for data-driven awards are ranked based on on-site performance metrics from realestate.com.au or realcommercial.com.au.
The metrics factored into these awards indicate the customers and campaigns that have made the most impact with property seekers during FY24.
Performance metrics include but are not limited to:
Apartment Campaign of the Year – Health check score, Leads, Display Performance, Phone lead attribution.*
Builder Campaign of the Year – Health check score, Leads, Display Performance, Phone lead attribution.^
Land Campaign of the Year – Health check score, Leads, Display performance, Phone lead attribution.^
^The weighting of the above factors is commercially sensitive and will not be disclosed.
*May not contain all off-market and private sales, properties with unknown sold dates, sales while at another agency and sales that may be exclusively listed on other websites.
Submission awards are judged by an independent panel of judges.

The REA Excellence Awards are all about celebrating the success and achievements of our customers, who support every aspect of the property journey.
To enter the awards, you need to have been an active customer of realestate.com.au or realcommercial.com.au at some point during FY24. This means you held a valid subscription or advertising package between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024.
For submission-based awards, your submission must reference activity and achievements between 1 July 2023 and the time of submission.
For the awards powered by REA data, if you held an active subscription at any point during FY24, you will automatically be entered in the running for your relevant award category.
Each award has specific eligibility criteria, to ensure all customers have awards relevant to their business.
If you are eligible for any of our awards powered by REA data, no submission is required, as you will be automatically entered.
