All eligible customers will automatically be in the running for these awards and will not need to enter a submission. The AREAs are all about celebrating the success and achievements of our customers, who support every aspect of the property journey.
To enter the AREAs, you need to have been an active customer of realestate.com.au or realcommercial.com.au at some point in time during the 2023/2024 financial year. This means you had a valid subscription or advertising package between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024.
For submission-based awards, your submission will need to reference activity and achievements between 1 July 2023 and the time of submission.
For the awards powered by REA data, if you have had a valid subscription active at any point between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024, you will automatically be in the running for your relevant award category.
Eligible realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au customers will automatically be in the running for data-driven awards. See below for eligibility criteria.
Top Agents (Residential) – Any residential sales agent who has advertised on realestate.com.au at any time during FY24 will be automatically entered.
Top Agents – Sales (Commercial) – Any commercial sales agent in VIC, NSW, QLD, WA or SA who has advertised on realcommercial.com.au at any time during FY24 will be automatically entered.
Top Agents – Lease (Commercial) – Any commercial leasing agent in VIC, NSW, QLD, WA or SA who has advertised on realcommercial.com.au at any time during FY24 will be automatically entered.
Top Agents – Sale & Lease (Commercial) – Any commercial sales or leasing agent in ACT, NT or TAS who has advertised on realcommercial.com.au at any time during FY24 will be automatically entered.
Builder Campaign of the Year (Developer) – Any Home Builder with a Builder Select subscription on realestate.com.au at any time during FY24 will be automatically entered.
Apartments Campaign of the Year (Developer) – Any marketing campaign promoting a new apartment development via a Project Profile on realestate.com.au at any time during FY24 will be automatically entered.
Land Campaign of the Year (Developer) – Any marketing campaign promoting a land estate via a Project Profile on realestate.com.au at any time during FY24 will be automatically entered.
Finalists and winners for awards powered by REA data are ranked based on on-site performance metrics from realestate.com.au or realcommercial.com.au. The metrics factored into these awards are those that are indicative of the customers and campaigns that have made the most impact with property seekers during the 2023/2024 financial year.
Performance metrics include but are not limited to:
Top Agent - Volume (Residential): Volume of On-Market Sales* (70%), Volume of Off-Market Sales* (10%), Ratings (10%) & Reviews (10%).
Top Agent - Value (Residential): Value of On-Market Sales* (70%), Value of Off-Market Sales* (10%), Ratings (10%) & Reviews (10%).
Top Sales Agent (Commercial): Volume of sold listings (35%), Views (20%), Enquiries (35%) & Engagement (10%)
Top Leasing Agent (Commercial): Volume of leased listings (35%), Views (20%), Enquiries (35%) & Engagement (10%)
Builder Campaign of the Year: Lead generation, views, display, content performance generated from a Builder Select subscription
Apartment Campaign of the Year: Health check score, leads, phone lead attribution, display, content performance generated from a Project Profile subscription
Land Campaign of the Year: Health check score, leads, phone lead attribution, display, content performance generated from a Project Profile subscription
