This could be through tech advancements, changing the customer experience or service and providing solutions for a new or existing business/market need that has resulted in commercial gain and/or benefit for the industry or local community. This year the criteria will have a focus on innovation throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. A submission is required for this award.
