Consider looking at customer experience, new, repeat and referred business and overall project and business brand results. All portfolio types and sizes will be considered. A submission is required for this award.

This is a team/business award available to all customer groups. The award is designed to recognise businesses/organisations who have disrupted the status quo to deliver on a business objective, solve a broader market issue or drive positive change in the industry. This could be through; tech advancements, changing the customer experience or service offer, or providing solutions for new or existing business/market need that has resulted in commercial gain and/or benefit for the industry or local community. A submission is required for this award.

Please describe one initiative or program your company has spearheaded over the 2022 calendar year, including the objective, the outcome and its value to the community. A submission is required for this award.
