This is an individual award. It is designed to highlight best practice in marketing execution, acknowledging an individual that has delivered measurable and impactful marketing campaigns and customer satisfaction over the 2021 calendar year. Consider looking at customer experience, new, repeat and referred business and overall project and business brand results. All portfolio types and sizes will be considered. A submission is required for this award.

Criteria Weightings
Demonstrates significant achievements and accomplishments of note from a marketing perspective (a particular campaign, or work more broadly over the year). 40%
Demonstrates what marketing techniques they used to achieve the business objectives 25%
Provides examples of why they believe they should be the Marketer of the Year in 2021 25%

Game Changer of the Year

This award is available to all customer groups. It is designed to recognise organisations who have disrupted the status quo to deliver on a business objective or solve a broader market issue. This could be through tech advancements, changing the customer experience or service and providing solutions for a new or existing business/market need that has resulted in commercial gain and/or benefit for the industry or local community. This year the criteria will have a focus on innovation throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. A submission is required for this award.

It is designed to recognise companies and individuals supporting not-for-profit organisations or initiatives in their local community – either through charitable donations or commitment to local community groups and initiatives. Please describe one initiative or program your company has spearheaded over the 2021 calendar year and how you have delivered against this. Please clearly describe the objective, the outcome and its value to the community. A submission is required for this award.

This award is available to all customer groups. It is designed to recognise companies and individuals who have introduced wellbeing initiatives into the workplace. These initiatives have provided support to you and your teams and are focused on improving their health and wellbeing at work and in their personal lives. REA has partnered with wellness experts at Benny Button for this award.
